Thank you very much. Each applicant must be able to present a government-issued ID card and social security card. The ID card provided must be issued by a federal, regional or local authority and contain a photo, name and date of birth. Once the lease is approved, we require that these documents be re-provided so that a copy can be created and included in the permanent rental file. In the last 12 months, a maximum of 2 rejected cheques are allowed provided that the applicant must pay in certified funds for the entire rental agreement. Guarantors must not have cheques bounced back in their credit history.
